Meredith Dairy capretto shoulder, slow-braised in a Mediterranean style, with red wine, garlic, oregano, and olive oil.
This milk-raised goat has meat that is delicate, tender, and slightly sweet. Famed in Italy and traditionally eaten at celebrations, this is a dish worthy of a feast.
The shoulder has been slow cooked by us, and only needs to be warmed in the oven for 45 minutes before serving.
Only available over the Easter long weekend - from Wednesday 16 April to Saturday 19 April.

This cooked product will be vacuum sealed, eat within 3-5 days, refer to packaging for use by date information.
Each goat shoulder weighs approx. 1kg - a serving for 4-5 people.
Heat in a 180C oven for 45 minutes with a splash of water at the base of the roasting tin.
