This is a traditional Italian recipe in which beef is filled with cheese and other aromatics then simmered with tomato sugo to create an incredibly moreish dish.

Our beef braciola is made with O'Connor beef flank stuffed with Parmesan, basil, breadcrumbs and garlic.
This is a fresh product, best cooked within 2-3 days.
Each braciola is approximately 1.1kg.
Sear your braciola in a hot pan before braising it slowly in a rich tomato sugo to have with polenta
