This pie is made with Wagyu pastrami, black pepper, coriander, mustard powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, nitrates, cider vinegar, tomato ketchup, American mustard, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper sauce, shortcrust pastry, puff pastry, butter, salt, jalapeno chillies.
This is a partially cooked product, best consumed within 2-3 days.
Serves one.
Bake for 25 minutes at 180C until the pastry is golden brown and the filling piping hot.
