A classic French-style charcuterie item, our roast chicken rillettes make for a delicious alternative to Christmas ham. Flavoured with tarragon and thyme, serve with hot toasts, cornichons and plenty of mustard.
Meatsmith made in Fitzroy, this rillette is made from chicken, olive oil, onion, garlic, celery, carrot, white wine, chicken stock, parsley, tarragon, bay leaf, thyme, duck fat, chives, salt & pepper.
This cooked product will come vacuum sealed, please refer to packaging for useby date information. Any product ordered from the Meatsmith Christmas range will be suitable for consumption up to and including Christmas Day.
