Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder Menu
A wholesome centrepiece for a family dinner, the lamb shoulder has already been slow-roasted for 8 hours in our kitchen and requires just a 45-minute blast in the oven at home by you to achieve tender, fall-apart lamb. Slow-cooked for 8 hours by us, ready to heat in the oven and top with our warmed lamb sauce.
Here, we pair it with all the condiments and sides you could need to generously feed 3 people. Add a box of Ramarro Farm salad mix, here.
