Our pasture-fed oxtail broth is richly flavoured with a hint of umami. Bay leaf, shiitake mushroom and star anise are simmered with beef bones, oxtail and our favourite stockpot herbs vegetables overnight, to develop the depth of flavour that only time and quality ingredients can provide. Use this broth as a base for your favourite soups, stocks, stews and sauces.
Meatsmith made in our Fitzroy kitchen, this broth is made with Beef Bones, Oxtail, Carrot, Onion, Celery, Garlic, Thyme, Rosemary, Bay Leaf, Shitake Mushroom, Star Anise.
This product must be refrigerated and its shelf life will be for a minimum of four days, refer to packaging for further use by date information.
Each jar includes 500ml of oxtail broth.
