A warm vintage meant that the grapes for this wine were picked even earlier than usual (early Feb, which was a record!) but it was necessary in order to retain the acid and bright fruit profile required for sparkling wine.
Pretty elderflower and blossom on the nose, bursting with bright citrus fruit purity. Easy to open and even easier to finish the bottle!
Each bottle contains 750ml.
