What is scotch fillet?

Scotch fillet is a juicy cut of beef that is packed with flavour. It is sometimes called a boneless rib-eye steak, as it comes from the same flavoursome forequarter in the rib section of beef as the rib-eye does. This is an area of the beast that does not do a lot of work, meaning it is incredibly tender and delicious to eat when cooked with expertise. Our O’Connor scotch fillets are raised amidst Gippsland's fresh air, pristine water, and nutrient-rich pastures of wild clover and rye grass.
