March 14 - 15 hr O'Connor brisket sandos, jalapeño hot links & Sailors Grave tinnies

We're firing up the smoker and teaming up with Wats-on the BBQ to bring you a monthly menu influenced by our travels across America's southern states. Expect a selection of our favourite American & Tex-Mex inspired dishes, hot off the BBQ and ready to take away.

We'll also be featuring a rotation of local breweries - like this month's Sailor's Grave. These local legends work out of Cape Conran in Gippsland, crafting beers highly influenced by locally farmed and foraged ingredients.
