Parsnip, orange & vadouvan gratin

A gratin layered with parsnips, orange zest and fragrant Vadouvan spice. Vadouvan is a masala blend that hails from France. With mustard seeds, fenugreek and tumeric, it has a subtle savoury fragrance making it a lovely side to accompany any of our Easter roasts this year. 

Only available for celebrations over the Easter long weekend - from Wednesday, 27 March to Saturday, 30 March.

This is a cooked product, best consumed within 3-5 days. Please check packaging for more information.
Each portion of parsnip gratin will weigh approx. 600g.
Remove from outer packaging place in preheated oven 170c and bake for 15-20 mins until internal temperature of 65c is reached.
