Tender chuck steak and coarse-ground beef mince are slow-cooked with red wine, onions, and thyme, then wrapped in buttery shortcrust and topped with flaky puff pastry.

Each box will contain two pies, enough for two people.
Bake for 25 minutes at 190C until the pastry is golden brown and the filling piping hot.
