Sardines in olive oil. The Ortiz family prepares their sardine a l'ancienne, a process that leaves the fish tender from cooking with skin and bones still on. The result is a traditional soft, delicate, but meaty texture.
Refrigerate after opening and refer to packaging for use by date information.
Each tin will contain approx. 100g of sardines.
