Made by the Martelli family in Lari, near Pisa. Since 1926, the Martelli family has produced their artisan pasta in Tuscany. Short, smooth, quill-shaped pasta that is smooth, delicate and porous to hold sauce. 

Made with semolina flour and water. Each bag will contain 1kg of penne pasta.
