Tarragon Marinated Half Chicken

Our tarragon chicken sings of Spring and Summer even on the coldest of days. Free range chicken is marinated with fresh herbs, ready for you to grill then share with your nearest and dearest. This bird will be so juicy that while this is a dish for sharing, you'll want that last bite for yourself.



Cook the tarragon chicken on a grill over a medium heat, turning often, for around 25-30 minutes. Alternatively, roast the chicken in a 180C preheated oven for 22-25 minutes.


Carve your chicken then plate it with a drizzle of rich extra virgin olive oil and a few lemon cheeks. Some butter-dressed boiled potatoes and a zingy salad are perfect side dishes.
