O'Connor Scotch Fillet
Scotch fillets are one of our favourite cuts for steak. O'Connor grass fed beef makes for a rich and marbled scotch that is incredibly more-ish. Great to share or have as an indulgent treat all to yourself. We like ours flame grilled over hot charcoal for that extra smoky flavour - light it up!
Lightly brush the steak with olive oil, and season with salt. Cook over a hot grill for around 8-10 minutes, turning frequently until medium rare & rest for 5 minutes before serving
Cut your steak across the grain and serve with your favourite style of potato - a dash of Chimmichurri sauce wouldn't go a miss.
