Beef rib eyes are for celebrating and our O'Connor one is no different. Cooking on the bone helps retain maximum flavour and provides an impressive presentation on your sharing plate. Gather your nearest and dearest, set the table with your favourite condiments and get ready to dig in.
Lightly brush the steak with olive oil, and season with salt. Cook over a hot grill for around 16-18 minutes, turning frequently until medium rare. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Cut your steak across the grain and serve in the middle of the table to share along with seasonal sides and your favourite sauce. A glass of red Burgundy will complete your celebratory feast.
