Lamb Shoulder Marinated in Garlic and Fresh Herbs
At Meatsmith, marinated lamb shoulder is a house favourite. Flavoured simply with oregano, garlic and paprika, this lamb has an amazing depth of flavour. We like ours grilled over hot coals - creating the perfect crust with a rich and moist interior. Think of it as your BBQ go-to, alongside your favourite beer of course.
TO COOKSeason the lamb with sea salt. Cook over a grill at medium heat, turning frequently, for around 18-20 minutes until cooked to medium. Rest for 10 minutes, then carve into slices. |
