Lamb Shoulder Marinated in Garlic and Fresh Herbs

At Meatsmith, marinated lamb shoulder is a house favourite. Flavoured simply with oregano, garlic and paprika, this lamb has an amazing depth of flavour. We like ours grilled over hot coals - creating the perfect crust with a rich and moist interior. Think of it as your BBQ go-to, alongside your favourite beer of course.

 

TO COOK

Season the lamb with sea salt. Cook over a grill at medium heat, turning frequently, for around 18-20 minutes until cooked to medium. Rest for 10 minutes, then carve into slices.

TO SERVE

Use to make your own DIY souvas at home. Serve in warmed flatbreads with tzaziki, fresh herbs & lemon.
