Lamb Arrosticini Skewers

Our lamb Arrosticini skewers take the best of Italy with lemon, rosemary and olive oil. Particularly delicious when cooked over when grilled over charcoal and cooked in minutes, these are here to amp up your mid week BBQ night.

 

TO COOK

Cook your Arrosticini on a medium grill, turning frequently, for around 8 minutes for a medium cook. Rest for three minutes then serve with lemon cheeks as part of a shared meal.

TO SERVE

These Italian style lamb skewers are destined to be served with a fresh and savoury fennel salad dressed with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Crusty bread to mop up the juices is not just suggested, it is essential.
