Wallace Family Produce Bread and Butter Pickles made by mother daughter duo Rose & Ima in Melbourne. The pair only use seasonal ingredients and family recipes passed down through generations to make their preserves. All the produce is sourced locally - either from their own fruit trees or from donations from friends and neighbours with a few extras from their local fruit & veg store. This tomato relish is made from tomato, apple, garlic, onion, vinegar, sugar, mustard powder, curry powder, sultanas, cornflour & peppercorns.
