Put simply, ghee is a clarified butter. Made from Pepe Saya's organic butter, this ghee is produced by separating out the milk solids which are then caramalised over a low heat. The resulting liquid is fined before bottling, and is a must for anyone who loves to cook. Use it in place of oil to baste your sizzling steak, add depth and flavour to your morning eggs, or for the crispest roast potatoes.
