This Easter, we're celebrating with a special Cellar Release of Bannockburn 'Museum Release' 2013 Shiraz.
After a decade of bottle ageing, there's plenty of tertiary character on show, underpinned by a concentrated core of fruit and structure that indicates ample potential for further cellaring. Developing notes of damp, black soil and wet stones, autumn leaves, bay and blood orange. There's lots of black cardamon, dried violet, leather and black pepper, with dense fruit balanced by gritty tannin and a fine, persistent finish.
