Starward Fortis Whiskey

Starward are undeniably one of Melbourne’s top distillers and their whiskies are world-renowned. The Fortis is aged in old American oak barrels that were once used to house house top-notch Shiraz and Cabernet from the famed Barossa valley. This is a deep and rich whisky with plenty of power and grunt whilst still remaining supple. Nuanced spice and vanilla stand out from its time spent in oak, creating a firm and direct finish.
