First born when Colin Wood began making cheese in his small apartment on the back streets of Collingwood, Goldstreet Dairy is now established as a micro-fromagerie at Wildflower Brewing in Sydney. 

Sourcing the freshest milk from a herd of jersey cows in Camden Valley Farm, the Goldstreet Dairy range includes this incredibly delicious Jersey Cheese - somewhere between a feta, halloumi & mozzarella, it is a semi-hard cooked curd that can be grilled, fried or crumbled - the choice is yours! We love it simply grilled over charcoal and served with a little honey and lemon.


Jersey milk, animal rennet, salt, lemon peel.
This is a fresh product, please refer to packaging for useby date and consume within 3 days of opening.
Each packet will contain 250g of fresh jersey cheese.
