This Beef Booster is made by local BBQ aficionado and talented chef, Chris Watson. This range came from a passion to make fun, creative and complex spice rubs that easily elevate your cooking game at home. Crucially, while they’re packed with flavour, these seasonings contain no salt, meaning it’s possible to more accurately season any of the cuts found in our cabinets. 

This Beef Booster is a mushroomy, umami-packed pepper rub that’s made for steaks (and particularly good for black pepper beef stir fries). 

Made with cracked black pepper, freeze dried soy sauce, dried porcini, garlic powder and onion powder. Contains soy.
