Umami Papi Chilli oil
We've seen some amazing things come out of Melbourne's lockdowns. It really is in times of crisis (and dare we say potential boredom) that creativity flourishes. One such outcome of our stage 4 lockdown last year was Umami Papi. Melbourne local Ethan Yong has been making his chilli oil for years but when lockdown hit, he took a new sizzling spin.
This 225 ml jar of chilli oil is made with sunflower oil, onion, garlic, chilli, soy sauce, rock sugar, sesame oil, salt, vegan chicken stock, shallots, monosodium glutamate, cumin, shiitake mushroom, Sichuan peppercorn, star anise, cinnamon bark & sesame seeds.
Contains traces of nuts, sesame, gluten. Vegan.
This product must be refrigerated and its shelf life will be for a minimum of two weeks, refer to packaging for further use by date information.
