A rich winter truffle and Vin Jaune wine sauce, mde with oxidised wine for an exquisite depth of flavour. This is excellent with poultry, game and roast meats.
Meatsmith made in Fitzrot, this sauce is made from chicken bones onion, thyme, pepper, cream, cherry, white wine & black truffles.
Each jar contains 200ml of Vin Jaune & Truffle sauce.
