Traditional Christmas Half Leg Ham Cuts
Traditional, cooked Christmas half leg ham cuts. Each Victorian pork leg is brined for 48 hours then smoked over German Beechwood for depth of flavour. Moist, delectable and savoury are just a few ways to describe our hams. The choice is yours in terms of cut - chump or shank. Just remember there's not much better than Boxing Day ham sandwiches.
Your half leg ham will weigh a minimum of 4.5kg, feeding up to 16 people.
For an additional $50 cost, our head chef will glaze your ham for you. Your ham will be studded with cloves then glazed with our signature Meatsmith festive glaze. Our glaze with made with brown sugar & Tawny port.
This is a cooked product, best consumed within 4-5 days.
Christmas items are available on delivery days and click & collect from December 16 to December 24.
