
Steak, Cheese & Onion Pie
This pie is our go-to for when settling in for an afternoon of footy in front of the telly. We slowly cook pasture-raised beef chuck in a rich sauce made with the Sailors Grave IPA and caramelised onions, creating a punchy sauce that is mellowed with aged cheddar. We wouldn't dare share this pie after baking for 25 minutes at 180C, serves one.
Ingredients: Pasture-raised beef cheek, beef shin, ox tail, Worcestershire sauce (contains anchovies), soy, garlic, rosemary, thyme, crushed tomatoes, Sailors Grave IPA, onion and shredded cheese.
