A tender steak pie inspired by the savoury red wine sauce of Bordeaux. O'Connor chuck steak is flavoured with caramelised shallots and enriched with bone marrow, before being encased in shortcrust pastry and hand-crimped with a lid of buttery puff pastry.
Each pie serves one generously, and needs to be baked in a 180C oven for 25 minutes.
