Named after the first archbishop of Aix-en-Provence. Made from Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Carignan grapes, this wine was whole bunch pressed to ensure a bright colour and an intense aromatic expression. There's plenty of freshness in this magnum of Rosé - a true party starter to enjoy with our house-made charcuterie.
