Established in 1985, Pooley have been leaders in producing classic styles of French varietals for almost three decades. This is a single vineyard Chardonnay that was hand-picked and pressed whole bunch with minimal addition of lees or stirring. What results is a fine and restrained style of Chardonnay with subtle aromas of cardamom, pepper berry and lemon curd.
