O'Connor Beef Flank Braciola
Grass-fed beef braciola. This is a traditional Italian recipe in which beef is filled with cheese and other aromatics then simmered with tomato sugo to create an incredibly moreish dish.
Our beef flank is made with O'Connor beef stuffed with Parmesan, basil, breadcrumbs & garlic. Sear your braciola in a hot pan before braising it slowly in a rich tomato sugo to have with polenta.
