Capers generally come straight off the bush and are preserved for use in sauces, salads and marinades. They provide a piquant kick with great depth of flavour. Here, our friends at Morning Market have sourced their favourite capers from the southern Italian island of Sicily.

Each jar includes 70g of salted capers.
