Produced in Victoria by L'Artisan, a third-generation cheesemaker Matthieu Megard, using local organic milk from a single herd of Jersey cows to make his range of cheeses. This haloumi has a fresh milk taste, moderate salt and surprisingly smooth texture. Grill & add to a salad or use it just like us, on its own with a drop of olive oil.
Each cheese will weigh 200g.
