Produced in Victoria by L'Artisan, a third-generation cheesemaker Matthieu Megard, using local organic milk from a single herd of Jersey cows to make his range of cheeses. A distinctive streak of charcoal marks the centre of this semi-hard organic cow’s milk cheese. Full-flavoured with a lingering nuttiness and rustic washed rind.
Each cheese will weigh 200g.
