Lamb, Pea & Sorrel Family Pie
Our hearty lamb & pea pie made fragrant with sorrel. Lamb shoulder is braised with bacon and red wine with added fresh peas and a lemon-citrus kick from one of our favourite herbs, sorrel.
Ingredients: Victorian lamb shoulder, bacon, red wine, onions, Worcestershire sauce (contains seafood), carrot, celery, garlic, sorrel, peas, lemon oil, flour, butter, parsley & poppy seeds.
Cooking instructions: Heat your oven to 190C. Keep pie within the paper wrapping then bake for 45-50 minutes until the pastry is crisp and golden.
Each pie weighs approx. 900g - enough for 2-4 people. This product is delivered partially defrosted (can be thawed and cooked or stored in the freezer for up to 3 months).
