We're making a decadent duck and smoked potato parmentier, to be followed by Morning Market's deeply chocolatey Devil’s Food Cake with whisky caramel. Each serves six generously, ensuring the whole family can tuck in.

Meatsmith Confit Duck and Smoked Potato Parmentier
Under a topping of Beechwood-smoked pommes purée, lies a braise of confit Aylesbury duck legs with fennel seed and thyme. Layered into a ceramic dish, the pie is easily transportable - ready to place into a hot 180C oven for thirty minutes, or until golden and bubbling. Serves six.
Morning Market Devil’s Food Cake with Whisky Cream
Morning Market present their decadent take on a Devil’s Food Cake for Father’s Day dessert. With two tiers, we layer a moist chocolate sponge with lashings of rich Valrhona chocolate ganache. House-made whisky caramel and vanilla cream complete the cake - they’re ready to be generously drizzled over a thick wedge. Serves six.
