Cacio E Pepe is some of our ultimate comfort food - here combined with Fabbrica's handmade egg spaghetti. Lunch, dinner (or breakfast) is ready in 5 minutes. Simply boil the noodles and simmer the sauce. Cooking instructions provided.
Pasta ingredients include Tipo 00 flour, free-range eggs and water.
Sauce ingredients include Pecorino Romano, Grano Padano, butter, water, salt pepper and vinegar.
Each packet contains 558g of pasta and sauce combined. Serves two.
