Blackmore Wagyu Beef Buns
Chinese-style steamed buns filled with braised David Blackmore Wagyu beef cheeks. Beef cheeks are slowly cooked with black bean & five spice, creating a super aromatic and flavourful filling. Ready to be steamed and served with your favourite chilli oil.
Ingredients for filling: David Blackmore beef cheeks, Chinese black vinegar, kecap manis, fermented black beans & Chinese 5 spice (cinnamon, cloves, star anise, fennel seed & Szechuan peppercorns)
Ingredients for dough: wheat flour, sugar, pork lard, milk powder, egg white, baking powder and yeast).
Cooking instructions: Cook in a steamer set over rapidly boiling for 8-10 minutes until hot in the centre.
Each packet contains 6 buns, weighing approx 45g each. This will be vacuum sealed, refer to packaging for use by date information.
