Our take on the Indonesia's iconic curry. Beef cheeks are slowly braised with coconut milk, lemongrass, galangal and a blend of turmeric and cinnamon. This comforting and aromatic curry is delicious with roti as well as fluffy steamed rice. 

Beef, Coconut Milk, Shallots, chili, Ginger, Coconut, Galangal, Vegetable Oil, fish sauce Garlic, Turmeric, Cumin, Cinnamon, Sugar.
This will be vacuum sealed, eat within 3-5 days, refer to packaging for use by date information.
Meatsmith made in Fitzroy, each packet contains 600g of Beef Rendang - enough for two people.
Heat the beef Rendang in a saucepan with a tight-fitting lid over a low heat until piping hot (approx. 15-20 minutes). Alternatively, remove from plastic and heat in a 180C oven for 25mins, or until the beef reaches an internal temperature of 65C.
