Beef Bourguignon Family Pie
Our hearty Beef Bourguignon Family Pie made with a beef and red wine filling topped wrapped in puff pastry.
Ingredients: O'Connor beef cheeks, streaky bacon, mushrooms, thyme, garlic, carrots, cocktail onions, brown onions, red wine, & butter puff pastry (flour, butter & salt).
Cooking instructions: Heat your oven to 180C then remove the pie from its casing and bake for 45-50 minutes until pastry is crisp and golden.
Each pie weighs approx. 900g - enough for 2-4 people. This product is delivered frozen (can be thawed and cooked or stored in the freezer for up to 3 months).
