Beef & Black Bean
Melt in your mouth Gippsland pasture raised beef cheek cooked in black bean sauce with Shaoxing wine, capsicum, soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Simply serve with steamed rice and noodles.
Ingredients: Beef cheek, chicken stock, onion, shaoxing wine, capsicum, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and black bean sauce (oyster sauce, sugar, dark soy sauce, sesame, spring onion).
Cooking instructions: heat your beef black bean in a saucepan with a tight-fitting lid over a low heat until piping hot - approx. 15-20 minutes.
Meatsmith made in Fitzroy, each packet contains 600g of beef black bean - enough for two people. This will be vacuum sealed, eat within 3-5 days, refer to packaging for use by date information.
