Arrabiata Chicken Thigh
Arrabiata marinated raw Bannockburn bone-in chicken thighs for a rich chicken stew. Marinated in olive oil, onion, garlic, tomatoes, fresh basil, salt, pepper & chillis, these are wonderful oven-roasted at 180C for 40 minutes then dressed with olive oil and lemon juice.
They are portioned per thigh, each weighing approx 160g.
This is a fresh product, best cooked within 2-3 days.
