Anchovies are our secret weapon in the kitchen — these small but mighty fish punch way above their weight when it comes to flavour. A blend of anchovies, dried & fresh chillies, garlic, onion, shrimp paste, tamarind and peanut oil, our Anchovy Sambal is the perfect way to elevate simple grilled meats. Add it to a marinade or serve alongside some charred chicken marylands or a grilled hanger steak.
