Made by a talented trio of winemakers (Will Byron, Sam Middleton and Kaspar Hermann) from various growers on the Peninsula that align with their favoured way of harvesting. While it has a lighter colour in the glass, this highly aromatic wine has loads of alpine strawberry, mulberry star anise and a little pine needle twang. It would be terrific with some roast duck breast or a charred piece of roasted eye fillet.
