A vibrant Shiraz with grapes picked from the Hutton and Dalberti Blocks of Sugarloaf Vineyard in Great Western. Complexity comes from the fruit that has undergone wild fermentation with a third whole bunch grapes. The outcome is a wine that is a true representation of modern Grampians Shiraz that is perfumed with pepper spice and violets, a wonderful addition alongside smoked brisket or pork.
