A bright and focused Nebbiolo in the style of Barolo's Langhe region. The grapes were grown in Heathcote's Camelback vineyard and fermented in large format, neutral French Oak. With aromas of fennel and tart cherry as well the fragrance of rose petals, this is a Victorian interpretation of the famed Nebbiolo style that is wonderful with rich roast meats.
