Hand-harvested and 100% destemmed, this wine is made using only indigenous yeasts. Extended maceration and 10 months ageing in older French Oak ensures good varietal expression. It has a plush mouthfeel with a nice little bit of tannin, making it a great combo with steaks, grilled pork and of course duck.
