Traditional method fizz, with a Spanish accent. Local varieties Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo grapes are organically farmed on the limestone-rich soils of the Alt-Penedès, just south of Barcelona. Crafted using the same techniques used in Champagne, notes of red apple, nectarine and sea spray are complemented by complex flavours of hazelnut and brioche from extended lees ageing in bottle.
