Winemaker Thomas Labille of Etienne Boileau produces this wine in the classic style of Chablis. It is a crisp and driven Chardonnay fermented without oak to preserve the typical vibrancy of the region. With some green citrus zestiness, this wine is wonderful with light poultry and seafood dishes.
